Nissan Note Door Lock Buzzing

Put your ear to the door and listen to where the grinding buzzing noise is coming from when you lock the door sometimes it maybe more than one door.

The rear door lock buzzes loudly when 15 mph reached. Nissan note 1 4se 2007 door lock noise good or bad maplesi. The door it s coming from need a door actuator common fault with the k12 micra s which i m guessing this is a k12 model. I don t know how much the cost is but i suppose you may be able to disconnect the power to that particular lock so that it only works manually.

Popping off the door panel is pretty straight forward which will give you access to the part. Is this an intentional audible confirmation of locking or is it a potential problem. If the electric motor or the mechanism inside the door lock actuator wears out the door lock may lock or unlock slowly or work sometimes but not all the time. Should be an easy fix.

Have owned the car for 3 months and it has not changed at all in this time. In some cars a door lock actuator becomes noisy and produces a squeaking or buzzing noise when the power door locks are locked or unlocked. Sounds like the power lock solenoid is busted esp if its only that one door. We have owned a nissan note 1 4se 2007 for about 3 months and throughout this time when locking the doors remotely there is a very loud buzzing noise which comes from the drivers door doors do lock and unlock ok.
