One Tire Smells Like Burning Rubber

I replaced the two front steer tires on my mh with michelin xrv 255 80r 22 5.

One tire smells like burning rubber.

Should i be concerned. That might be one of the things you really need to check. So thinking it was the caliper we replaced it. Or they may be underinflated.
